Feeling the constant strain of the corporate world, Jaymie turned to fitness and yoga as an outlet from life as a lawyer. Enjoying these opportunities to feel good on the inside and out, a strong disconnect to the scarifies demanded by corporate life really started to grow.
With qualifications in Yoga, CrossFit and Group Fitness, Jaymie offers a unique style to enhance strength, balance & flexibility. She believes in having a balanced approach to health and wellbeing, whether on the mat or in daily life.
Jaymie’s passion for helping others reach their true potential, began with classes based on holistic coaching and has now extended to providing a hub for motivation, tips and events.
